Knowledge Management
Sharing knowledge is the one and only root for ensuring the maximum use of knowledge. NIRAPAD conduct knowledge management activities regularly and following systematic sequence. Knowledge management activities have done through Information collection & sharing (web), Monitoring & evaluation, Lesson learning, Documentation, Research, Publications, Archive and mapping throughout the year.
Capacity Development
For capacity development to the wider stakeholder in disaster management NIRAPAD provided its effort for support to members as well as other organization and individual. In different projects NIRAPAD developed module and trained wider stakeholder, provided tailor made training module development support, technical support in disaster management to other organizations, conducted training on different issues, organized different workshops and support in developing bangle disaster materials for others.
Humanitarian Advocacy
NIRAPAD as a network significantly expand the information available to its constituent organizations through publications, situation report and newsletter to develop common consensus and influence policy makers. This is the way NIRAPAD is doing humanitarian advocacy of voiceless people. NIRAPAD also prepare policy documents and organize advocacy workshop for support of affected people by humanitarian organization.
